Bearing Engineered Solutions can also
manufacture new bearings using the exact materials as the OEM. All
bearings meet AFBMA standards. We have state of the art equipment,
tooling, and use only the most experienced personnel. BES utilizes 3 international facilities to manufacture new bearings. These facilities build your bearing from our specifications, with a typical turnaround time of 160 days. These bearings are then shipped and received at our Ohio plant, unpackaged, re-inspected, measured, then assembled for delivery. Manufacturing bearings requires specific procedures and stringent conditions. Upper management is in constant contact with our overseas facilities daily. |
All parties meet on a quarterly basis
to discuss proper procedures, new reporting techniques, and formulate
growth strategies. Our customers who utilize this division save considerable time and money. When other manufacturers say that a bearing is "Out of Stock" or "Unavailable", that necessarily does not mean that it is out of the marketplace. BES has an extensive contact base that may have your bearing in stock. When other manufacturers are at a loss for an "Exact Delivery Date", we can deliver in 160 days, at a cost savings. This makes it easier for you to meet your production schedules, as well as save on maintenance budgets. BES also offers design and re-design services for most bearing applications. |
