BES offers a full chock service to
our customers. Upon receipt, the unit will be tagged,
disassembled, inspected, and all information recorded. BES will then provide a full report on all components and forward our recommendations for customer approval. The unit is then re-assembled, noting bearing load zone, and shipped back to the customer with all pertinent information. There are times when units are beyond the repair or rebuild process. BES will work with you to develop a scope of work that matched your power train design, workload, and production timeframes. |
A typical chock goes through the
following process. *All excess material is removed. *Bore is polished. *All lubrication lines are inspected. *All thread holes are cleaned and new bolts and gaskets provided. *New liner plates are made(prior customer approval). BES will perform these services in a timely manner, and get you the information you need quickly so your productions schedules can be met. |
